Usage
Prior to first use, prime the bullet on a tissue or your hand to release pigment. The unique jelly outer layer first hydrates your lips, creating a smooth base that allows the colour core to reveal its full intensity. To achieve a just-bitten lip with natural shine, swipe Bisou Jelly flat onto bare lips, applying the jelly layer just above the natural lip line. Layer multiple coats for buildable color payoff.
