Usage
1: Brush brow hairs upward using the long-bristled side of the wand.
2: Backcomb brow hairs using the short-bristled side of the wand.
3: Wiggle wand back and forth to deposit colour onto skin.
4: Forward comb brow hairs to style and lock into place.
5: Use the wand tip to fill in sparse areas.
6: Build volume and tint as desired.
