Usage

Bump Scrub: Squeeze approx. 1 tablespoon of body scrub into the palm of your hand and gentle rub on your belly or other parts of your body. Recommended for use in the shower or bath. Leave for 2-3 minutes and wash off with water. Recommended use 2-3 times per week and to follow with Pure Mama Belly Oil after skin has been exfoliated.

Belly Oil: Lather up girl. Apply generously to your belly, boobs, and bum twice daily throughout pregnancy from the end of the first trimester. Allow dry time of 3-4 minutes. Recommend patch test first.
